For the purposes of this workshop, we will be focussing on developing a better understanding of ourselves and those that we work with. We will learn and gain valuable and very practical insights into the reasons for our behaviour and the behaviour of our colleagues. This will enable us to develop a greater appreciation of our differences and enhance the effectiveness of our relationships and promote superior teamwork.
