Be aware of the various barriers (Cultural and otherwise) that impact giving and receiving feedback and be able to employ strategies for overcoming them

Have practised Giving & Receiving quality Feedback

Be able to identify links between Feedback Skills and effective Performance & Development Planning Meetings

·          

Have a personal action plan for enhancing Feedback (giving & receiving)
