The program is generally delivered over 10 days and because it has been designed to be modular in nature, it can be delivered as a series of workshops to suit your schedule. Alternatively, you can choose individual modules to specifically address your needs.
Leadership Skills for Managing Performance:This program addresses the specific Leadership skills (sometimes referred to as "micro skills") required to effectively manage performance. Topics include MANAGING PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT MEETINGS, BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS, CONTRACTING, MANAGING CONFLICT and DISAGREEMENT, COACHING and DEVELOPMENT, ASKING QUESTIONS, LISTENING, DEALING WITH FEELING and EMOTIONS, GIVING and RECEIVING FEEDBACK, PERFORMANCE COUNSELLING. The program is generally delivered over 10 days and is also modular in nature. It can be delivered as as series of one-day workshops over days or months to suit your schedule. Of course, you can also choose individual modules to specifically address your needs.
